GrowKit is designed to make buying and selling closer to how people already trade in villages and local markets. Instead of making everything complicated, we focus on helping buyers and sellers find each other and talk directly.

How we think about trust
GrowKit uses mobile-number based accounts and provides tools such as reporting and blocking to help users manage unwanted content or interactions.
You can report a listing if you believe it contains misleading, inappropriate, or prohibited content. You can also block users you do not want to interact with.
GrowKit provides the platform for users to connect. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking the animal, documents, price, health information, payment, transportation, and other details before completing a transaction.

GrowKit Doctor is designed to make it easier to request veterinary help when you have an animal-related problem.
You can describe the problem by typing or using speech and, where available, request a call or visit. A visit may involve sharing your location and problem description with the assigned veterinary professional.
Veterinary services are subject to availability, location, and other practical conditions. GrowKit does not guarantee that a veterinary professional will be available or attend every requested visit.
Privacy & terms
GrowKit may handle information such as your mobile number, location, listings, photos, and information you submit while using features such as GrowKit Doctor.
Some features may require access to your location, camera, photos, microphone, nearby devices, or notifications. Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature.
When you use speech to describe an animal problem, your speech may be converted into text. We do not retain the audio recording after processing.
